Internship Overview
We are currently offering a hands-on internship opportunity in Administration, suitable for students pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related fields. The selected intern will be based at our Klang Valley site and will assist in various administrative functions within the company.
✅Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and helpdesk inquiries
- Log, track, and escalate issues reported by site teams or clients to the relevant departments
- Assist in coordinating technicians or support teams to resolve on-site issues
- Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations (filing, scheduling, document handling)
- Handle incoming calls or emails and direct them appropriately
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office supplies
- Support day-to-day office operations and coordination tasks
✅Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Office Admin, Business, HR, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and assist with various admin-related tasks
- Able to work onsite at SSRV site (Klang Valley area)
