Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customs declarations (K1–K9, ZB1, ZB2) via EDI systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian customs regulations and port clearance procedures.
- Liaise effectively with customs officers, shipping agents, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and systematic filing of import/export records.
- Verify HS codes and calculate applicable duties and taxes.
- Monitor declaration statuses and follow up on approvals or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Professional Certificate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping is preferred.
- Familiarity with customs documentation (especially K1–K9 forms).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Knowledge of EDI and DG online systems is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
- Allowance: RM200 – RM300 (negotiable based on experience and profile)

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am – 12.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
