HR Manager (Startup Environment)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, driven HR Manager ready to take full ownership of the HR function in a dynamic startup environment. This isn’t your typical HR role - you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to build and shape HR systems, processes, and a strong, people-first culture from the ground up as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Set clear HR priorities that support our growth goals.
- Provide hands-on guidance and practical support to managers and employees.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR matters.
Building & Developing HR Systems
- Design and implement effective HR policies, processes, and tools.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and stay up to date on HR regulations.
- Establish best practices that strengthen a positive and productive workplace culture.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and create impactful learning opportunities.
- Support career development and continuous learning for all employees.
- Oversee meaningful performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
Performance Management
- Manage performance review cycles and improvement plans.
- Address performance issues fairly and effectively.
- Align employee performance with the company’s fast-changing priorities.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze HR data to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
- Deliver clear, actionable HR reports to management.
HR Projects
- Lead key initiatives such as HRIS rollouts, system upgrades, or engagement surveys.
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes to keep pace with our growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, ideally with exposure to startups or fast-growing companies.
- Background in the medical, healthcare, or aesthetic beauty industry is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and SQL (required).
- A genuine passion for building and shaping an HR function in a startup environment.
