- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective investigations and provide solutions.
- Monitor and support the performance management process.
- Assist in developing training programs and career development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide support in managing HR metrics, audits, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as required.
- Help foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices
- Minimum of five (5) years of F&B HR experience
- Passion for training and development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
