Job Description:
- Handle all documentation and processes related to foreign workers, including permits, accommodations, and renewals.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
- Support the planning and execution of training programs for employees.
- Assist in payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Manage disciplinary matters, including handling of minor and major cases in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Conduct Domestic Inquiries (DI) as and when required.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks and urgent assignments.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, accountability, and integrity in all HR functions.
- Remain flexible and open to additional responsibilities, which may be assigned from time to time with management approval.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446)
- Presentable with a good personality and professional grooming.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Prior experience in conducting training sessions is highly desirable.
- A fast learner with the ability to work efficiently and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Candidates who are available to join on short notice will be given preference.
