HR Executive (F&B)

Job Description:

• Handle all documentation and processes related to foreign workers, including permits, accommodations, and renewals.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
• Support the planning and execution of training programs for employees.
• Assist in payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
• Manage disciplinary matters, including handling of minor and major cases in accordance with legal and company standards.
• Conduct Domestic Inquiries (DI) as and when required.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks and urgent assignments.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, accountability, and integrity in all HR functions.
• Remain flexible and open to additional responsibilities, which may be assigned from time to time with management approval.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within tight deadlines under minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Well-versed in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446)
• Presentable with a good personality and professional grooming.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Prior experience in conducting training sessions is highly desirable.
• A fast learner with the ability to work efficiently and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Able to perform well under pressure.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Candidates who are available to join on short notice will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
