Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR Executive to handle day-to-day human resources operations. This role involves supporting recruitment, payroll, employee records, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and familiar with HR functions and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, and interview arrangements
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and exit procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personal files
- Process monthly payroll, claims, and staff attendance
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and medical claims
- Ensure timely submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
- Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare matters
- Assist in performance appraisal tracking and HR reports
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws
- Support training, staff engagement, and HR-related activities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR working experience
- Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and HR practices
- Good knowledge of payroll software and MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
