Job Description :
- Process payroll: Prepare attendance using Microsoft Excel by monthly and checking Thumbprint for all staff.
- Maintain employee records: Keep personnel files up-to-date in both paper and electronic formats, maintaining strict confidentiality and data security.
- Recruitment : Support full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination.
- Reports and Administration : Prepare HR reports (headcount, staff turnover, absenteeism, etc.) and minute meeting report every week.
- Others : Assist in ordering name tags and uniforms, to distribute them accordingly,and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Requirement:
- Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
