We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin / Operations Executive to support our flooring business operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing documents, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Ensure proper filing and tracking of product specifications, certifications, and contracts.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence related to flooring products and projects.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to schedule and track product deliveries.
- Support order processing, stock checking, and follow-ups with suppliers/customers.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely execution.
- Assist in job scheduling and delivery planning for project-based flooring installations.
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports on inventory, delivery status, and expenses.
- Ensure that all operational workflows follow standard procedures and timelines.
- Respond to customer and team inquiries related to orders, documents, and project status.
- Follow up with clients on documentation needs and post-delivery feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an admin/operations role (construction, interior design, or flooring background is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory systems.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
