- Manage payroll and benefits, including MTD, SOCSO,
- EIS, EPF, PCB, and HRDF contributions.
- Organize and maintain employee records.
- Process various forms pertaining to human resources activities such as new hires, changes of status, benefits, terminations, leave management, and performance appraisals.
- Participate in improving HR processes, maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures and policies, and ensuring that HR policies comply with legal requirements, best practices, and organizational objectives.
- Prepare memos and minutes of meetings, provide support for policy review and renewal, and ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in procurement processes, aid in contract preparation, communicate and liaise with partners and vendors, including insurance vendors and local service providers.
