Location : IMAGO THE LOFT , IMAGO SHOPPING MALL
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage OTA bookings (Airbnb, Booking, Agoda, Trip.com, etc.)
- Reply to guest inquiries online and correct guest phone number errors if any
- Update homestay departmental reports (housekeeping, maintenance, car rental, etc.) using Google Sheets
- Post content on Facebook and reply to guest messages/inquiries
- Assist with daily operational tasks as required
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- 6 days/week
- Salary: RM1700+ (depending on experience)
- Must be able to work on public holidays (OT pay according to labour law)
- EPF & SOCSO provided
- Overtime allowance provided if applicable
Language Requirements:
- Mandarin (writing & speaking preferred)
- English & Malay (writing & speaking)
Requirements:
- No experience required / fresh graduates welcome / no academic qualification needed
- Training provided
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
