Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sports and administration? Join our dynamic team at VGO AQUATIC CENTRE as a Swimming Academy Administrator!
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the academy
- Handle inquiries, registrations, and scheduling
- Maintain records and coordinate with coaches & parents
- Oversee billing, payments, and academy logistics
- Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all weekly and daily report are up to dates and accurate
Requirements:
- Educational background: Minimum Secondary School (SPM) graduate or above
- Female preferred (Age 18 years old or above)
- Strong organizational, team-work spirit and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus!
- Experience in administration or a similar role (sports/education preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Passion for swimming or sports administration is a plus!

Job Type: [Full-time]
Salary: [RM2500-RM3000 subject to candidates experienced]
