Homestay Maintenance Job Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the homestay properties are in excellent condition.
- Liaise with suppliers for the repair and replacement of broken items.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to maintenance issues.
- Be on standby for emergency repairs when needed.
- Perform regular swimming pool maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Must possess own car for mobility.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Willing to work on weekends as required.
- Able to learn independently and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Working location in Taman Molek & Mount Austin
- Prefer staying near to work location
