Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about the program structure, entry requirements, course registration, and examination process.
- Assist students with enrollment, payment processes, and accessing study materials or online platforms.
- Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Support marketing or outreach campaigns aimed at recruiting new students.
- Gather and relay student feedback to help improve program services and customer experience.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in spoken and written in Mandarin and English.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates and retiree are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and active listening skills.
- Customer-centric mind-set.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Resilient and highly adaptable to dynamic working environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
