As Head of HR, you’ll lead the function, advise senior leadership, and deliver strategies that strengthen talent, organizational development, and engagement. You’ll champion a values-based culture, embed diversity and inclusion, and ensure HR excellence that drives business success.
Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
What will you do?
Develop and deliver HR strategies and initiatives that align with CACEIS’s business objectives and support sustainable growth.
Build strong talent pipelines through succession planning and workforce development to ensure the organisation is prepared for future needs.
Partner closely with senior leaders to enhance leadership capability, foster a positive culture, and increase employee engagement across all teams.
Oversee performance management, rewards, and recognition programs that are fair, transparent, and designed to drive excellence.
Ensure full compliance with employment laws, labour regulations, and internal governance frameworks to minimise risk to the business.
Lead, guide, and coach the HR team to deliver efficient, consistent, and high-quality HR services to the organisation.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a respectful, inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
Monitor workforce trends and use data insights to inform strategic workforce planning and proactively address talent gaps.
Collaborate with business leaders to optimise organisational structures, roles, and processes for agility and efficiency.
Provide expert guidance to leadership on cultural transformation, change management, and the constructive resolution of employee relations matters.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience spanning a broad range of disciplines.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, change management, and people development.
Advanced business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with a track record of driving results.
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
Strategic thinker with the capability to execute hands-on when needed.
A consulting mindset and proven experience delivering complex HR transformation programs.
Nice-to-have
Experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated sectors.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
Background in delivering complex HR transformation programs.
Consulting experience or a strong advisory background to senior executives.
