- Ensure cleanliness of the station at all times for smooth operation.
- In absence of the hostess, escort guests to their tables and is familiar with all menu items, packages and special promotion which available that leading to total guest and company satisfaction.
- To set service station, tables and trolley in accordance with restaurant policy.
- Ensure all required equipment for the service in proper order.
- To fold napkin and check menus as per restaurant policy.
- Carries out complete mise-en-place at the station according to the service requirements.
- Takes meal order, offering explanation and selling menu items as discussed at the pre meal briefing.
- Adjust table setting as required on guest’s order.
- Collect food and beverage prepared by kitchen/ dispense bar and serves in the correct manner.
- Ensure the clearing of table and station is continuously and correctly carried out.
