Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
