Key Responsibilities:

Ensure standard packaging compliance for purchased goods, provide feedback and improvement suggestions, and resolve non-compliance issues promptly.
Handle exceptions related to purchased goods and coordinate upstream and downstream solutions.
Execute and coordinate events or activities requiring inter-departmental communication.
Supervise the timely, efficient distribution, and accurate recording of materials according to production requirements.
Monitor abnormal incidents in the workshop, ensuring no unauthorized inter-company material requisitions.
Oversee spare parts inventory lists provided by the master plan team and ensure materials are prepared in advance.
Address any exceptional issues during material preparation to ensure smooth and efficient shipments.
Improve and manage warehouse processes and standards to ensure coordination and efficiency.
Develop and enhance departmental management systems, work processes, and operating standards.
Strengthen document control and ledger management.
Plan and organize warehouse space for optimal layout and management.
Conduct monthly inventory counts, prepare profit and loss reports, identify root causes for variances, assign responsibilities, propose corrective actions, and report to management.

What we are looking for:

Associate degree or above in Warehouse Management or related fields.
Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, with training in logistics and warehouse management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred.
C1 driving license, Safety Officer Certificate, or Forklift Certificate is an advantage.
Strong team management skills and ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Skilled in reporting, problem-solving, and documentation control.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively across departments.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; working knowledge of Mandarin and Malay is preferred to communicate with multilingual teams and vendors.
