Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries from customers regarding products and services.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering proactive solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update systems accurately.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate problem resolution and follow-ups.
- Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality assurance.
