Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer satisfaction
- Achieve KPI and SLA
Requirements:
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- SPM/SKM level and Fresh Graduates are welcome to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided
- Able to work on a rotational shift
Location:
- Bandar Medini, Nusa Jaya (FREE shuttle bus service provided – Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Heights, City Square)
