Either

Degree- IT / Computer Science/Engineering,

flexible to work on weekends/ PH

-2 years CS experience with good Mandarin language

- Good Negotiation skills in retention, sales and port in/out -Familiar with telco product and knowledge in handling rentention customers

- Billing / Troubleshooting Experience
