- Organize and manage customer-related documents and data systematically.
- Reach out to customers to clarify incomplete or unclear information.
- Input and maintain accurate customer data within internal systems.
- Oversee documentation workflow, including both completed and pending items.
- Ensure proper documentation and uphold strict data privacy standards.
- Address member queries and handle redemption requests efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding issues and escalate them when appropriate.
- Deliver customer assistance while highlighting program advantages.
- Carry out administrative tasks and maintain high service standards.
- Comply with company policies and participate in ongoing training programs.
