Job Description:
Tribe is seeking Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of our premier client, Tencent (Mobile Gaming). In this role, you will leverage your positive energy and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated leadership team and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via digital channels.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (written and verbal; language test required).
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- 1+ year of customer service/call center experience.
- Gaming industry experience preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
