Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and the team in basic English and Chinese.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel for data processing and communicate via email.
- Handle HRDF claims.
- Manage the MR DISC platform.
- Provide customer service and convey relevant information.
- Use automated systems to improve efficiency.
- Use Canva for simple designs.
- Analyze data to support business decisions.
- Maintain work files and documentation.
- Operate the HRMS system for daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Chinese communication.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Familiar with Canva for basic design tasks.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Understanding of data analysis.
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and with a positive work attitude.
- Clear and friendly voice for customer communication.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), in-office

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
