Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive (Contract). You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping us deliver an excellent service experience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms (IG, FB, X, Threads, TikTok)
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and product-related questions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Work remotely on weekends (required)
Requirements:
- Familiar with basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Able to manage and respond on social media accounts (IG, FB, X, Threads, TikTok)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Added Advantage: Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zendesk, Shopify, etc.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
