Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone & chat
- Assist with orders, returns, and refunds
- Resolve issues promptly & professionally
- Provide accurate product & policy info
- Maintain records & follow up on cases
- Share feedback & support service improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (in banking industry)
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; other languages a bonus
- Diploma or higher
