Credit Evaluation Specialist (Onsite / Mandarin)

Your Mission!

• Verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents and information provided by customers during

the credit application process;

• Conduct credit checks and review credit reports to assess customers' creditworthiness;

• Evaluate the financial position of customers to determine their ability to repay credit;

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures;

• Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and outcomes;

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication of verification outcomes;

• Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement in the verification process;

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

What You Bring:

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a

related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a financial services environment;

• Sound knowledge of financial and credit-related products and services;

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Financial Services: 2 years (Preferred)
