Corporate Secretarial Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory documents to SSM
- Manage corporate secretarial duties, including board resolutions, minutes, and annual filings
- Maintain statutory registers and records for clients
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations
- Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth corporate governance processes
- Assist in the incorporation of new companies and managing changes to the company structure
- Support the organization in corporate governance advisory services
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and secretarial software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
