JOB SUMMARY
- Lead and supervise staff handling Admissions, Financial Aid, Visa, and Insurance operations.
- Establish clear performance targets for the team, monitor progress, and ensure goals are achieved.
- As part of the student conversion support unit, ensure processes are efficient, customer-focused, and consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Monitor process performance through systems and analytical tools, providing timely data insights for continuous improvement and proactive intervention.
- Plan, manage, and monitor the unit’s annual budget.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, agencies, government bodies, and statutory authorities.
- Foster strong collaborations with Faculties, Schools, and administrative units to enhance communication, marketing initiatives, and joint projects.
- Work closely with the Student Recruitment team to align activities and consistently achieve departmental KPIs and targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role leading a team.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
