Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager to achieve monthly sales and trade-in targets.
- Lead and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform device trade-in evaluation and grading according to company SOP.
- Monitor inventory of secondhand phones, accessories, and refurbished units.
- Ensure accurate stock record, IMEI verification, and fraud prevention.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales & stock reports.
- Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Maintain store cleanliness and professional visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in retail / mobile phone industry.
- Experience in secondhand or trade-in operations is an advantage.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Basic knowledge of IMEI checking, device grading, and fraud prevention.
- Willing to work on weekends and retail shifts.

Pay: RM2,363.64 - RM4,500.00 per month
