Key Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Operations:
- Assist the Area Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across all assigned branches.
- Help address operational issues quickly and effectively to ensure smooth performance.
- Monitor Branch Performance:
- Track sales, inventory, and team performance data.
- Prepare performance reports and updates for the Area Manager regularly.
- Staff Training & Supervision:
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.
- Provide guidance and monitor team performance to ensure KPIs are met.
- Conduct Audits & Inspections:
- Perform regular checks to ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall branch presentation is maintained.
- Internal & External Communication:
- Act as a liaison between branches and the Area Manager.
- Handle customer complaints or issues that require escalation beyond the branch level.
- Planning & Continuous Improvement:
- Provide suggestions and feedback on improving branch operations or sales strategies.
- Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in branch management or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays if needed.
- Able to travel within assigned areas (having a valid driving license and own transport is an advantage).
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Computer literate and comfortable using POS/inventory systems (if applicable).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
