Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of all recreation areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and smooth guest experiences.
- Supervise and support the recreation team, providing training and motivation to uphold service excellence.
- Coordinate and implement engaging leisure activities and special events for guests of all ages ensuring a vibrant and welcoming environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory control, reporting and administrative tasks, including safety checks, incident logs and budget monitoring.
- Uphold health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures and first-aid readiness across all recreational areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Leisure Management, Sports Science or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within hotel, resort or sport club environment.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
