Work Responsibilities:
- Respond to any sales inquiries and manage booking from customer
- Record and file all sales inquiries
- Record and file all booking into online booking system
- Sending weekly vessel schedule via uploading to website/social media
- Carry out regular meeting with customer
- Update booking information to head office in Japan and other oversea branches.
- Carry out regular meeting with oversea branches.
- Prepare cost of service and key in into accounting system.
- Preparation of shipping required documents
- Assists in ad-hoc sales works
- Achieving quarterly sales KPI budget
- To build and expand new customer base by monthly basis
- Explore possible service vendor for business development purpose
- Timely update cargo inquiry list
- Maintaining good relationship with existing and new customers
- Ensure payment is well received
- To organize team members marketing and safety meeting
- Research latest marketing trend and report to marketing manager
Work Requirements:
- 5 ~ 10 years job experience in Ocean shipping
- Experience of corporate sale of automobile, breakbulk, steel product and project shipment.
- Good English communication skills are required.
