- Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
- Responsible for full set export document preparation.
- Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse.
- Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements.
- To follow up the shipping processes documents, controls of freight payment, audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.
- Efficiently responsive to customers requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met.
Job Experience
- At least SPM/Diploma in Logistic, Transportation or any relevant fields with minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing/Shipping industry.
- Good computer and communication skills. Mandarin speaker is an advantage
- Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
- Able to start immediately.
