1. Familiar with Incoterms 2020 (CIF, CFR & FOB)
2. Responsible to coordinate the arrangement of shipment for each order and liaise with booking party, forwarder or carrier by ensuring the efficient communication and deliver the important information accordingly.
3. Prepare shipping documentation and submitted to sales personnel (CIPL, COO/Form D, COO , Insurance cert, Health cert, and other certificate) within 10 days after copy OBL received. Responsible to compile all the shipping documents for that particular month in the file before 15th of the next month.
4. Expert in Letter of Credit (LC) shipment by checking draft LC & prepare shipping document as per advised in LC.
5. Well understand with loading configuration for different material code , different quantity of loading, and any special request in the order.
6. Able to resolve shipment issue such as unavailability of container at the port, received container low grade and etc.
7. Able to communicate effectively and discuss within the inter-department as well as the third party for each of shipment arrangement.
8. Any others duties assign by superior or Head of Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in import/export management, customs brokerage, or a related field, with a solid understanding of international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and supply chain management.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certification in Customs Brokerage, Import/Export Compliance, or related fields (e.g., Certified Customs Specialist - CCS, or other relevant certifications).
