Key Responsibilities:
1. Visa & Immigration Support
- Assist students with their visa application, renewal, and extension processes.
- Ensure all visa documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Liaise with the Immigration Department and relevant government agencies regarding student visa matters.
- Monitor students’ visa status and maintain an accurate record of visa expiry dates and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance on visa conditions and obligations (e.g., attendance, academic performance, working rights).
2. Student Support & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for international students requiring visa-related assistance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to visa-related queries via email, phone, or in person.
- Conduct briefings or orientation sessions on visa compliance and immigration matters.
- Provide support during student registration and arrival processes, including checking visa documents.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update visa-related student records and databases.
- Prepare and submit required immigration reports and documentation as needed.
- Generate regular reports on visa application status and student compliance for internal use.
4. Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the International Student Support Services department.
- Assist with event coordination, such as international student briefings or workshops.
- Manage filing systems, appointment scheduling, and record keeping related to student support.
