Join our dynamic HR & Admin team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of retail sports!

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – HR & Admin to join our team in Malaysia. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, support services, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Help maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital.
  • Liase with building management, local government agencies, vendors and any external parties, as and when required.
  • Assist in internal communication and coordination across departments.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Business Management or any related field.
  • Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Willing to travel (within Klang Valley).
  • Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Preferably Male.
