Admin Executive
Job Descriptions
- Perform administrative support in day-to-day operations and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Responsible for answering calls, handling company inquiries, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate offices.
- Prepare and compile correspondence (e.g., letters, quotations, invoices, credit notes) and basic business reports.
- Conduct data entry, including administrative assistance related to customer cases, inquiries, and service activities.
- Maintain and update records, such as company vehicle data for inspections and general supplies inventory.
- Assist in preparing necessary documents for authorized personnel.
- Provide support in organizing internal events or projects as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Public Management / Public Administration, Information Systems Management / Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or applications from your studies would be considered a significant advantage.
