Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Liaise with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and service updates.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer feedback as needed.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and service timelines with operations team.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, sales tracking summaries, and monthly performance updates.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents).
- Support the billing and invoicing process by liaising with accounts team.
- Maintain proper documentation for transport service agreements, permits, and contracts.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales, logistics, and operations teams.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Attend client meetings or calls as a translator when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of working experience in admin or sales support, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written); knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
