Job Description:
The Admin cum Account Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative operations and handling partial sets of accounts. To ensures smooth office operations, accurate financial record-keeping, and timely reporting to support management decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Performing office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Assisting with tender documentation and audit.
- Summarize workers attendance.
- Maintaining the files, and routine bookkeeping.
- Have IT skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
- Fast learner and works efficiently and independently with less supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and financial information.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to start work immediately or as soon as possible will be an added advantage.
Work location:
Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong
Working days/hours:
Monday-Friday : 9.00am- 6.00pm
(Saturday 1st/ 2nd week only- half day)
Minimum Education Required:-
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
