Position: Admin- Courier Services
Basic Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000
KPI Allowances: RM200
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) Saturday (9am - 2pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update courier records and delivery logs.
- Track and monitor delivery status of parcels and shipments.
- Communicate with courier vendors and internal departments regarding delivery issues or delays.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of logistics-related information in the system.
- Manage filing systems, including digital and physical documents.
- Assist in preparing reports related to shipment costs and performance.
- Perform general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and answering calls.
- Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and returns with courier service providers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in administrative or logistics roles preferred (courier services is a plus)
- Good communication
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of courier tracking systems or logistics software is an added advantage
