We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative functions.

- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing and monitoring stock inventory.
- Assist in preparing financial and management reports
- Handle office administration such as documents filing and supplies management
- Liaise with external parties (e.g Auditors)
- Support payroll and basic HR functions as required
