Job Vacancy: Admin Assistant
Location: Bayu Perdana, Klang
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Time : 9:00am – 6:00pm

We are seeking an admin assistant capable of handling multiple administrative
tasks efficiently. We are mostly looking for fresh graduates and students looking for part-time or internship.
We are providing a basic of only RM 1000 but provide a chance to claim commision + OT + allowance, etc
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle phone calls/emails
- Prepare memos, invoices
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Knowledge on use of MS Office
- Written and verbal communication skills
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping
- Ability to handle confidential information
