- Providing administrative support to management, employees and clients.
- Handling some office duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting emails. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- Following up on pending administrative and accounting matters.
- Assisting with Audits: Assisting with the preparation for and during audits including vouching documents, compile and assisting with special projects
- Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.
