Job Title: Purchaser – Cleaning Services Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cleaning products, equipment, and related services.
- Manage procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, especially from China, including communication, price negotiation, and resolving supply issues.
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and warehouse) to align procurement with project needs.
- Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers or products that improve service efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation for import-related activities, including customs clearance for goods from China.
Requirements
- Female candidate is preferred
- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in cleaning services or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage for dealing with Chinese vendors.
- Knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
