- Process customer orders including preparing airway bills, picking up stock, conducting pre-shipment stock checks, packing, completing and verifying all daily shipment packages, and requesting shipment pick-ups.
- Update tracking numbers for customer information.
- Assist Supervisor with stock checks.
- Perform loading and unloading of stock.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through regular housekeeping activities.
- Preparing supplies for daily usage.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Requirement
· SPM qualification/ high school dropouts/ fresh graduates are all welcome to apply.
· Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
· No prior experience needed, but candidates with similar experience are a plus.
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft office and data entry.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written, preferable in English.
· Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as required.
Working Hour
Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
(Overtime maybe required during peak season)
