Position: Warehouse Admin Assistant (Staff/Officer)

Working Hours: Shifting (2 Shifts)
Shift A - Mon-Fri : 8am-5pm, Sat : 8am-1pm
Shift B - Mon-Fri : 1pm-10pm, Sat : 12pm-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain reports, documentation, and records related to pallet management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team leader to ensure daily fulfillment is completed within target lead time and productivity goals.
- Perform daily cycle counts and/or stock take uploads.
- Maintain and prepare reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and costs.
- Record and report relevant warehouse information, including vendor-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business, or equivalent; OR a combination of relevant education and experience in the logistics industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
- Proficient in SAP and Excel.
- Able to work on a shift schedule.
Salary Range: RM 1,700 – RM 2,300 per month
Shift Allowances: RM150.00
Monthly Attendance Allowance: RM150.00
