Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide clear and informative information about Entopia’s attractions, exhibits, and services.
- Assist with ticketing procedures, ensuring a smooth entry process for visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Guide and direct visitors to attend scheduled nature activities.
- Able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with fair and adequate time-off arrangements.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle diverse visitors.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for nature and interest in learning about Entopia.
- Flexibility to work on public holidays and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
