Qualification: SPM/ Diploma/ Degree
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have experience in customer service field at least ½ years.
- Willing to work shifts working hour (preferably male)
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner & able to work under pressure
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high standard of business ethics, professionalism and confidentiality of information

JOB SCOPE
- Communicate with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up with the guards on clocking activity.
- Response to emergency panic and alarm-button within 5 minutes or less by following the standard operating procedure by the management of Ultrack Technology Sdn Bhd.
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution and ensuring resolution within the time limits.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies by the management of Ultrack.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
