- Customer Consultation:
Understand client needs deeply through structured conversations and customized trip planning.
- Sales Achievement:
Proactively close bookings while maintaining premium service standards; meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Operational Consistency:
Prepare accurate quotations, confirmations, and payment documents, ensuring full alignment with company process and service excellence.
- Customer Experience Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact from inquiry to post-trip feedback, ensuring harmony throughout the customer journey.
- Team Collaboration:
Coordinate effectively with Marketing, Operations, and procurement to ensure seamless handovers.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, share feedback, and drive positive change internally.
